After years of continued support by the construction industry in San Diego, the Construction Industries Alliance regrouped in 2004 to create a new leadership board and revitalize the Spirit of Life® award among the construction industry and the San Diego community. As a result of this alliance, millions of dollars have been raised for cancer research at City of Hope through this annual gala, offering members of the construction industry and San Diego community a unique opportunity to unite in tribute to individuals committed to finding a cure for cancer.
