Construction Industries Alliance

Construction Industries Alliance
In 1974, the Construction Industries Alliance originated with a group of 10 dedicated individuals and over the years has grown to include representatives from all areas of the homebuilding, construction and service industries.  To date, the group has raised nearly $12 million for City of Hope. These funds are of immeasurable importance to assist City of Hope in its research and treatment of cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

The Pediatrics Department embodies City of Hope’s mission to care for the whole person by creating an experience that addresses both the physical and emotional needs of patients and their families. Nurses in pediatrics help to administer investigative therapies and other advanced treatments for children battling life-threatening diseases. Intensive psychological support is also offered, including child life services, recreational therapy, school reintegration programs and more. To ensure a continuum of care, the Outpatient Pediatric Unit is located nearby.
