When you give to City of Hope, you are supporting research that advances new treatments for people across the country and around the world.  And, we want to express our appreciation to you in a unique and visible way.

"National Recognition" is internet-based recognition that allows you – and others – to view your recognition anywhere, anytime, from any computer that's connected to the World Wide Web. Donate through the National Recognition Program, and we will post a beautiful thank you certificate online, where it can be viewed from any internet-connected computer.  We will also send you a printed certificate that you can display in your home or office.

National Recognition Certificates are available to honor these three levels of support:

Gold Level–$1,000
You will be honored with an attractive certificate that allows you to choose one of five beautiful photos: the Spirit of Life Fountain, City of Hope Helford Clinical Research Hospital, the Golter Gate, the Japanese Garden or the Rose Garden. Your recognition also includes six (6) lines of personalized text, up to 30 characters per line, including spaces.

Silver–$500
You will be recognized with an attractive certificate that allows you to choose one of three beautiful photos: the Spirit of Life Fountain, the Golter Gate or the Japanese Garden.  Your recognition also includes three (3) lines of personalized text, up to 30 characters per line, including spaces.

Bronze–$250
You will be recognized with an attractive certificate of appreciation that includes your name(s) and you can choose between a beautiful image of the Spirit of Life Fountain or the Japanese Garden.  Name(s) can be up to 30 characters including spaces.

Your National Recognition will be viewable on any computer that is connected to the internet.  Your certificate can also be saved to your computer and/or printed on your own printer. To order your National Recognition Certificate, simply open and print the order form by clicking here or on the “National Recognition Order Form” link on the top left. Complete the form, print it and send it in the mail with your donation.
