Clinic Administrator
Katherine Hansen-de Asis is clinic administrator at City of Hope. In this role, she provides oversight and management of our Duarte-based clinics through the Medical Foundation.
Hansen-de Asis oversees the Geri & Richard Brawerman Ambulatory Care Center, the Women’s Health Center and related outpatient services, excluding those provided in the Outpatient Surgery Center. She has over 15 years of health-care experience.
Prior to joining City of Hope, Hansen-de Asis worked at University of California, Irvine (UCI), where she was chief administrative officer for obstetrics and gynecology and managed human resources, financial accounting, purchasing, space management, gift processing, medical education, ambulatory operations, internal compliance and other administrative operations for the department.
She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, Fullerton with a minor in gerontology and her Master of Health Administration and Master of Gerontology from the University of Southern California.
