Chief Deputy General Counsel
Dahni Tsuboi joined City of Hope as deputy general counsel in 2001, and became chief deputy general counsel in 2009.
Working closely with the general counsel, Dahni provides legal counsel to City of Hope’s organizational units in a variety of areas, including labor and employment, and information technology. She advises executive leadership regarding legal requirements, risk and compliance, oversees employment-related litigation and claims, and also the contract management function for the organization.
An experienced law professional, Dahni joined City of Hope from Tuttle and Taylor Law Corporation in Los Angeles, where she served as partner.
Dahni earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Wellesley College and a Juris Doctorate degree from Yale Law School.
