Senior Vice President of Development

As senior vice president of development at City of Hope, Alan S. Levey is responsible for oversight of all southern California chapters and regional offices including Palm Desert, Florida, and Philadelphia/New York. He is also responsible for national chapter development, the direction of the Ambassador Leadership Council, and the production of National Convention.

Alan joined City of Hope in April 2001 after serving as a volunteer for over 20 years within our Food Industry Circle.

Previously, Alan was owner, president and chief operating officer of Normark & Associates, the largest perishable food brokerage company in the United States. Additionally, he was a general manager and shareholder of Acosta, the country’s largest sales and marketing company.

Alan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management at San Diego State University with a minor in psychology.
